ProtoCAM has started using a new Polyurethane. It is for very high temperature applications. It was created by BJB after their customers requested “Give me a product with great physical properties, easy to process and most importantly can withstand very high temperatures.”



TC-895 A/B was the answer. This rigid 84 Shore D polyurethane casting system maintains structural integrity at 340F. Applications in automotive, electronic and industrial equipment are just a few of the many uses this product can be incorporated into. It is a great material for use under the hood due to its ability to withstand high temperatures.



This product is RoHS compliant and free of substances that are restricted by a majority of major manufactures around the globe.
